Clinical Registry Management System

Registry operation is complex in nature. Systematic collection of registry data is vital for the success of a registry. DataMed has two suites of products to offer.

ClinReg^â provides functionalities to efficiently manage all processes in the most effective manner thus improving overall productivity of the registry. ClinReg^â is cost effective because it lowers cost of requirements for manpower to operate the Data Flow Process. ClinReg^â also expedites faster data reporting with shorter time lag between receipt of data and publication of registry report.

Internet has become one of the most widely-used communication media. With the growing trend of usage of Internet in health sector in other parts of the world, eClinReg^â eBMT is DataMed’s solution for you to manage your data. To counter security risks, eClinReg^â suite applies various technological mechanisms. We adopt VeriSign^â for web owner authentication that applies state of the art SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to conduct an authenticated and strongly encrypted online transaction. Users are required to enter their name and password as well as their sms (Short Messaging Service) password sent to their mobile phone for user authentication. DataMed is proud to be the very first to introduce Malaysian bred mobile phone authentication in the health industry in the country. Data submitted are encrypted during transmission and in the database. We also have an audit trail which tracks data change information such as who, when, what change and why change was made. Physical access to the data storage is restricted to authorized personnel only and staffs are authenticated using card access system and biometrics system. DataMed offers secured network layout design and implementation to clients using this product. Our certified network administrators adopt strict backup and disaster recovery policies and implementation. We ensure compliance with various local and international standards for data privacy and security. To name a few, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO/IEC 17799.

	1.	ClinReg® Renal Registry Management System
		ClinReg® Renal is DataMed’s system to aide the entire cycle of a transplant registry operation from communication with Source Data Producers (SDPs) to daily data management operation to data transfer for statistical analysis. This system enables integration with ClinReg® Renal System.
	2.	eMOSS® – Malaysian Organ Sharing System
		The e-MOSS (e Malaysian Organ Sharing System), a web based application is designed to facilitate the allocation of organ in the event of cadaver organ donation. The doctor in-charge of the dialysis patients who participate in e-MOSS is responsible for maintaining and updating their patients on the waiting list.
	3.	eDownload Own Centre Data®
		The eDownload Own Centre Data® is an application for Source Data Providers (SDPs) to access and download their own center's data, centre report card (performance checking against national average) and annual report card. All data notified to National Renal Registry (NRR) are downloadable.
	4.	ClinReg® Cancer Registry System
		ClinReg® Cancer is DataMed’s system to aide the entire cycle of a registry operation from communication with Source Data Providers (SDPs) to daily data management operation like data entry of paper submission, late data submission tracking and reminder to SDP, data query to SDP, etc to data transfer for data standardization, auto-coding, data de-duplication and statistical analysis.
	5.	eClinReg® eCancer Web Application Registry System
		The eClinReg® eCancer is a web based application for Source Data Providers (SDPs) to have remote data access and online data submission. It also allows SDP to track their own data submission and view real time statistical report such as totals by gender, by cancer site, by race, etc. This application also enables SDPs to download their own centre’s data submitted to National Cancer Regisytry (NCR) for their own use.
	6.	ClinReg® BMT (Blood and Marrow Transplantation) Registry Management System
		ClinReg® BMT is DataMed’s system to aide the entire cycle of a transplant registry operation from communication with Source Data Producers (SDPs) to daily data management operation to data transfer for statistical analysis.
	7.	eClinReg® eBMT (Blood and Marrow Transplantation) Web Application Registry System
		eClinReg® eBMT is a solution for blood and marrow transplant registry data management online. It integrates with ClinReg® BMT. eClinReg® eBMT is a web based application for Source Data Providers (SDPs) to have remote data access and online data submission. It also allows SDP to track their own data submission and view real time statistical report such as totals by gender, by transplant type, by transplant source, by race, Stock and Flow etc.
	8.	ClinReg® HLT (Heart and Lung Transplantation) Registry Management System
		eClinReg® eBMT is a solution for blood and marrow transplant registry data management online.
	9.	eClinReg® eHLT (Heart and Lung Transplantation) Web Application Registry System
		eClinReg® eHLT is a solution heart and lung transplant registry data management online. It integrates with ClinReg® HLT. eClinReg® eHLT is a web based application for Source Data Providers (SDPs) to have remote data access and online data submission. It also allows SDP to track their own data submission and view real time statistical report such as totals by gender, by organ, by race, by blood group, by outcome, etc.
	10.	ClinReg® Bone and Tissue Transplantation Registry Management System
		ClinReg® Bone and Tissue Transplantation is DataMed’s system to aide the entire cycle of data flow process of a transplant registry for bone and tissue transplantation from communication with Source Data Producers (SDPs) to daily data management operation like data entry, data query, etc to data transfer for statistical analysis.
	11.	ClinReg® Cornea Transplantation Registry Management System
		ClinReg® Cornea Transplantation is DataMed’s system to aide the entire cycle of data flow process of a transplant registry for cornea transplantation from communication with Source Data Producers (SDPs) to daily data management operation like data entry, data query, etc to data transfer for statistical analysis.

	21.	National Specialist Register
		National Specialist Register or NSR is a registry set up by Ministry of Health and Academy of Medicine of Malaysia. NSR System is a registration system for all specialists in the country for recognition as a specialist in Malaysia. It also allows public to find out more about the specialist via the website (www.nsr.org.my). This will facilitate referral and consultation.
